Network Rising provides influencer marketing services including, but not limited to:
- Influencer discovery and onboarding
- Campaign strategy and management
- Brand–influencer collaborations
- Content coordination and campaign execution
- Performance reporting and communication
We act as a facilitator and campaign manager, not as an employer or legal representative of brands or influencers.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the authority to represent your brand or influencer profile
- All information provided is accurate and lawful
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
3. Brand Responsibilities
Brands agree to:
- Provide accurate product, campaign, and payment details
- Share clear deliverables, timelines, and expectations
- Ensure products and services promoted are legal and compliant with Indian laws
- Make payments as agreed within the defined timelines
Network Rising is not responsible for disputes arising from misleading brand information or delayed payments.
4. Influencer Responsibilities
Influencers agree to:
- Deliver content as per agreed campaign guidelines and timelines
- Maintain authenticity and avoid misleading promotions
- Disclose paid partnerships as per platform and legal guidelines
- Not engage in fake engagement, bots, or fraudulent practices
Failure to comply may result in removal from campaigns without compensation.
5. Payments & Fees
- All fees, commissions, or payouts will be communicated before campaign execution
- Payment timelines are binding once agreed
- Delays caused by brands or influencers are not the responsibility of the agency
- Taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the respective party
The agency reserves the right to withhold payments in case of policy violations or incomplete deliverables.
6. Content Ownership & Usage Rights
- Influencers retain ownership of their original content unless otherwise agreed
- Brands receive usage rights as defined in the campaign agreement
- The agency may use campaign content for portfolio, marketing, or case studies unless explicitly restricted
Unauthorized reuse beyond agreed terms is strictly prohibited.
7. Campaign Performance Disclaimer
- Campaign results may vary based on audience behavior, platform algorithms, and market conditions
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales, views, or engagement
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
8. Cancellation & Termination
- Campaigns may be cancelled only as per agreed terms
- Last-minute cancellations may incur charges
- The agency reserves the right to terminate services in case of misconduct, non-payment, or policy violations
9. Limitation of Liability

- Platform bans or algorithm changes

11. Third-Party Platforms
We are not responsible for policies, downtime, or actions taken by social media platforms or third-party tools.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
